Reporting
If you are using the Covetrus Payments integration with WorldPay, you can log into your online account at any time to view all of your transactions at www.accessmyiq.com. At the customer login enter your Username and Password and click Submit.
- The password has to be at least eight characters, at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
- If you are logging in for the first time, please go to the link that was in your email from Worldpay and follow the steps to create your credentials.
- If the transactions are on multiple pages, navigate to the last page when exporting to ensure all transactions are included in the export file. Once it is ready to download, the document will appear in the files tab (accessible at the top right of the web page). You can view the status of a “pending” export by clicking the Files tab.
End of Shift Reconciliation
From IQ | Reconciliation | Summary, you can now view same day transaction totals via Today's Authorizations Only.
The Today’s Authorizations Only section contains a summary of key details for real time authorizations such as total amount, authorized transactions count, declined amount, declined transactions count and cardholder surcharge amount.
This section will be visible when you select “Today” from calendar/date selector or if you enter today’s date:
To view a summary of Today's Authorization Only by Payment Method or by Payment Type, click the red (+).
Clicking Export will present you with three options: Export Summary to Excel, Export Summary to PDF, or Export all Transactions (.csv). If Export all Transactions (.csv) option is chosen, the user will receive a file via the Files Cabinet on the toolbar.
Funding Schedule
Standard Funding: Funds are electronically settled within two business days after the batch is closed.
Next-Day Funding: Merchants will receive their funds the day after the business date. Please note that transactions that occur after the batch closed time will be included in the next batch on the following day.
