How can I search for a deceased or inactive patient?

The Quick Search bar displays only active patients.
In order to find inactive or deceased patients, or otherwise further specify search criteria, go to Menu > Patients from the sidebar.
Enter the search criteria and check the option Include Inactive. Inactive clients who appear in the search results will display "Inactive" in the Status column.
Click on the patient's name to access their medical record.
