eVetPractice January 2021 Release

Wellness Plan Report

Additional fields (example: Pet Name, Patient DOB, and Wellness Plan UID) have been added to the Wellness Plan Report to provide the user with a single report containing all data needed related to Wellness Plans.

Navigation Changes

As part of an ongoing effort to reduce the amount of scrolling, we've shifted the Main Menu to the left side of the page, under your practice's logo. We've also reorganized the collection of drop-downs, icons, and Client/Patient search located in the top-right corner of each page in eVet. This reorganization includes moving some of the lesser-used icons to a sub-menu.

WhoGot Report

The WhoGot report is a new type of usage report. It's a quick way to see a list of all Patients that received a specific treatment item, within a specified timeframe, right from the Inventory, Lab, Procedure, or Medical Record sections. See the WhoGot article for details on how to enable and run a WhoGot Report.

Bug Fixes/Enhancements

Sales Report-category breakdown has been updated to show returns in red font to allow users to see returns easier. Along with updates to the column names in the excel version to match the headers listed in the UI. 

Expired Wellness Plans - We have reinstated the ability to apply payments against expired plans.

Whiteboard Comments - Modifications to the text format, such as italics, are visible from the Whiteboard.

Live Chat - The error occurring when attempting to contact us via the Liva Chat feature has been resolved.

Wellness Plans History - Previously the transaction history was not properly filtering out removed/deleted Wellness Plan payments. These are no longer visible.

IdexxPack1 - Idexx In-House (IVLS) - Separate result sets from the same device on the same order are no longer overwriting each other.
