The best way to find items that have not been marked complete is to run the Usage Report.
- Generate a new run of the Usage Report with a name, date range, and billable items in question. Leave the filter option unselected for "only include completed" so that the report shows both incomplete and complete treatment items.
- Generate another run of the Usage Report with a name, same date range, and the same billable items. This time make sure to select the filter to only include completed.
You can export both reports to Excel for comparison and filter further to find the incomplete treatment items.
