To allow a user with the technician role to appear in the drop-down list as a provider follow these steps:
- Enable the practice setting listed under the Menu > Settings > Practice Setup > General > Miscellaneous Settings > check the option to Allow techs to be a provider > Save.
- Edit the Employee listed as a Technician and expand their General Information > enable the Is Provider options > Save.
- Log out completely and back in to see changes. The employee must do this as well.
