Question: How to allow a technician to be listed as a provider?
To allow a users with the technician role to appear in the drop-down as a provider follow these steps:
- Enable the practice setting listed under the Settings (gear icon) > General > Miscellaneous Settings > Allow techs to be a provider* >Save.
- Edit the Employee listed as a Technician and expand their General Information > enable the "Is Provider" setting > save.
- Log out completely and back in to see changes. The employee must do this as well.
