The Voided Payment Report generates a list of voided payments between a set Start Date and End Date. These dates are based on when the receipt was modified to a Voided status, not the original date of the invoice.
You must have the Employee Right enabled to run the Voided Payment Report.
New Report Run
- Access the Reports tab from the Menu bar, then click on the Edit (pencil) icon on the Voided Payment Report line.

- If you do not see an existing Voided Payment Report line item, click Create next to the Reporting Dashboard to name, describe, and select the Voided Payment Report type.

- Click New Run to open the Generate Report page.
- Enter the Report Run Name, Start Date, and End Date.
- Click Generate.
View the Report Run
The generated list will display a receipt number, the client's name, the employee who issued the void, the date of the void, the reason for the void, and the amount voided.
