The error message is centered around SSL version interference
Alternatively, error messages pertaining to the framework plugin may apply on Mac OS installations.
Error message may read as "unresponsive". Newly reported after Chrome update on 02/03/2022

Cause

This problem is unique to Chrome on MacOS
