If your practice has switched over to the new Zoetis VETSCAN FUSE integration, please follow the steps below to uninstall the integration with the Abaxis VetSync.

Disabling VetSync Integration in Pulse

• Log into Covetrus Pulse
• Navigate to Menu > Settings > Practice Setup > General > Integration Settings
• De-Select “Enable Abaxis VetSync Integration” if it’s currently selected
• Scroll Down to the Bottom and Select “Save”

Uninstalling the VetSync Device

• Disconnect the VetSync from Power and Ethernet
• Disconnect any USB connecting the VetSync to the VS2 or HM5
