Adding a new patient for an existing client can be added from the:
- Client Information
- Calendar
Adding a Patient from the Client Information
- Simply navigate to the client's record and scroll down to the Patients section and expand it.
- Click Add Patient in the top left hand corner of the section.
- Enter all the new patient information that you have. You will notice that the client information is already there.
Adding a Patient from the Calendar
- To add a patient to an existing client from the calendar start by creating an appointment in the correct time slot.
- Within the Add Visit window utilize the Click to quickly create client and patient link.
- This will open a Create New Client/Patient window.
- Search for the existing client in the Client Search field.
- Once clicking on the client it will auto-populate the existing client and you will be prompted to enter the patient information.
