How do I add a new species or breed?

Add a New Species

• From the main menu, click on Settings > Practice Setup > Patient Classifications.
• Click + to add a new species.

• Enter the new species name.
• Select an icon to represent the species.
• By default, the new species is marked Active. If inactive, move the option to the left.
• Select the Sexes appropriate for the species.
• Click Save.

Add a New Breed

• Navigate to Settings > Practice Setup > Patient Classifications.
• Click Add Breed in the top right. 
  
  

• Select the Species the breed belongs to.
• Enter the name of the breed.
• Click Save.
