The new version of the Covetrus FileWatcher application is now available! For practices that are currently using the IDEXX In-House lab integration, we have updated the FileWatcher application to reduce the amount of time for submitted lab orders to display on the IDEXX VetLab Station. The new application has reduced the interval to check for submitted lab orders from 5 minutes to 30 seconds.
Important Note Before Upgrading: This upgrade is available to practices that are currently using the IDEXX In-House integration with the old version of FileWatcher. The new FileWatcher will need to be installed on the same computer that the existing application is installed on. For new practices, please reach out to your implementation manager to set up the integration for the first time.
