Yes, your Worldpay stored cards (tokens) will continue to work after replacing your Dejavoo devices with the new Ingenico devices.
We added an enhancement to support this transition by converting the previously saved tokens into the new format to work with the new integration.
This conversion happens when the stored card is used for payment for the first time after switching to triPOS.
The cardholder will see a 1-cent transaction, 1-cent reversal, and a sale transaction for their invoice amount. After the first transaction with conversion, the cardholder will see only the sale transaction with the invoice amount when the stored card is used.
The conversion is not possible if the token has expired (45 days after the last use). The old token will be removed, and the stored card will no longer appear for payment.
