Calendar and Boarding
- Appointment and Boarding visits will now display the patient and visit details on the visit header correctly.
- Resolved the performance issue on the calendar that was related to a script when the calendar was loading.
Exam/Highlights (updated version)
- When a user overrides an active lock on an exam form, the patient form content is reloaded to ensure that the latest information is displayed.
- When an exam form is locked down based on the medical record settings, the action buttons will not display.
- Updated the provider prompt when creating a patient form to appear on the exam selection screen, instead of the patient form page, so the active provider that's selected, persists when creating a new exam form.
- Resolved an issue where entered content into an exam form under SETUP, would not save if adding subsections at the same time.
- Resolved an issue with the unsaved changes prompt on the patient forms when clicking "Copy to New".
- Resolved an issue with the unsaved changes prompt on the patient forms page when the patient weight update dialog box would appear.
- Updated the provider prompt for exam forms to only display if the corresponding Practice Setting to prompt for a provider is Enabled.
Estimates
Converting an estimate with a rabies vaccine will download the Rabies Certificate PDF when the practice setting is enabled to automatically generate when entering.
Invoicing
Quick invoicing will now display a warning error message for the employee to cancel submitted lab orders to remove the treatment item.
Medical Records
Added the ability to search within a medical record. Learn more HERE.
Wellness Plans
Corrected what was causing Wellness Plans to display as expired and preventing auto-renewal.
Improvements
- The option to allow the employee role setting to remain enabled has been corrected.
- Quick Invoicing will no longer remove the Package level item on the page refresh when an item within the package is removed and "Show all charges on Quick Invoicing” is enabled in the practice settings.
- The Active patient drop-down list will display the most recent patients in order with or without the practice cache enabled.
- An error message will display when a document name contains only spaces.
- The Save button will remain inactive until a change is made in the document dialog box.
- The Check In button should remain disabled until the record is created on the Whiteboard.
- The date separator row in the Medical Record will now extend through the entire width of the table, instead of stopping at the start of the date column.
