What is the GreatPetCare Pet Parent Portal?
Pet parents can use the portal to oversee the care of multiple pets and access services from connected veterinary practices. This provides pet parents a single platform to request appointments, access vaccine records, and invoices, and shop your online pharmacy. The portal is accessible on a desktop computer, mobile, and through an app.

Portal Access
Once a practice enables settings for GreatPetCare, pet parents can create their free account. This account can connect their pet’s information in Pulse, to their vRxPro storefront, and sync with Covetrus Comms to make managing care for all their pets a unified experience.
- When clients use the email address associated with their record in Pulse, the veterinary practice information and patient details will sync.
- If that same email address is already connected to a vRxPro Online Pharmacy profile, the client should use their storefront login credentials as part of the Covetrus single sign-on integration.
Welcome Email
If configured with Covetrus Comms, GreatPetCare will automatically deploy an email announcing the new portal to your clients.
