This article contains a summary of the additions and improvements made to Pulse for the month of February 2025.

Care Plans
- Fixed an issue in Care Plans where the used and available quantities would not add up correctly while items were added to treatments but not yet checked out.
- Care Plans status will now refresh automatically on the Patient Signalment if a plan may have been suspended, without the need for a manual refresh of the page.
- Corrected the issue in Care Plans where, in some cases, rabies tag information would not be requested when it should have been.
- Fixed an issue in Care Plans where an item in a plan that was added to an estimate would not reflect that the item was already paid for in that plan.
Medical Record
Medical record quick links buttons and quick links settings have been updated.
Treatment Board - Limited Availability
- Updated the 24-hour time to display in the 12-hour format.
- Patient allergy chip now displays in yellow like in other Pulse pages versus green color.
- Added tool tips when hover on "Duplicate" and "Clear" buttons in the Patient Sheet.
- Changed all references to "Forthcoming" label for upcoming treatments to display label as "Upcoming".
- When a patient on the Treatment Board has Special Care enabled in the patient's plan, and Care details text is added, then the Care details text will display when hovering on the "! Care" chip at the top of the patient visit AND in the patient overview sheet > maximized view.

Added the ability to maximize the view of the Patient Overview Sheet, Scheduler Sheet and Patient visit in the Treatment Board. When maximized, the user can minimize by clicking the icon again or manually by pressing the "ESC" on keyboard.

On the Patients Overview Sheet and the Care Overview column is displayed, when the user clicks on the following, they will be redirected as indicated:
- Tasks > redirected to Patient Plan tab
- Service > redirects to Services tab
- Labs > redirects to Lab tab
- Patient Sheet > redirects to the Patient Sheet
- Updated the drop shadow that displays when hovered on patient chips to be consistent with other Pulse elements.
Treatment Bundles
- Added the ability for the new Treatment Bundles feature to add items to either a Treatment or an Estimate. Provided a setting to set the clinic default based on how that clinic operates.
- A new "Add to Patient Plan" button will display if adding Treatment Bundles from the Treatment Board (Limited Availability).
- Fixed an issue in Treatment Bundles where some combinations of practice settings would prevent vaccinations from writing to the vaccination log.
- Resolved in Treatment Bundles where category names of items were not being updated in the Treatment Bundle properly.
Improvements
- If Cubex credentials are invalid in the practice settings, the user will be prompted to update them before changes are synced to the Cubex.
- Improved client page load times.
- Improved performance on the finance charge nightly task.
- Invoice totals are updated after finance charges have been added without the need to open client.
- Improved the timing it takes on the back end for invoices to close overnight.
- Package item pricing will respect ONLY the current active package item structure and will not use deleted package item pricing structure.
- Removed the print button from the canceled lab order page to prevent errors from displaying.
- Resolved the issue to exclude Callbacks/Tasks from being satisfied automatically by the reminder logic.
- Resolved an issue where certain phone numbers, under certain area codes, were not being validated upon save of the Client Profile.
- Resolved the bug where refreshing an estimate would remove items set to hide on the invoice.
- When the practice invoice settings are enabled to close invoices automatically, and a treatment item is invoiced which would update the patient to an inactive status, then future visits for inactive patients will be removed from the appointment calendar.
- Fixed an issue in Stripe payment where a declined error was shown if a request was submitted twice. Changes were made to prevent double submissions.
- The application session lock not being respected has been resolved.
- Corrected converting Catalog item types that did not properly carry over field values.
