Exam/Highlights (updated version)
-
Enabled the edit/modify/delete capability on the following tiles located on the Sidebar:
-
- Patient Weight
- Master Problems
- Patient Medications
-
- For any images that are progressively loading in a notes field, a loading placeholder will be displayed until they are fully populated.
- Resolved issues where the default font styling or spacing wasn't being recognized when printing a patient form.
- Added the print and email buttons to the footer on the patient exam form, so scrolling to the top of the page is not necessary.
- Enabled the edit/modify/delete capability on the Patient Documents tile on the Sidebar.
Stripe
- The option, Unlinked Refund, allows users to process refunds directly to a credit card without requiring an original payment transaction. Enabling this feature can pose a risk, as refunds can be credited to any credit card, even if it's not tied to a prior payment. We strongly recommend only enabling this feature as needed and using this feature with caution. Check out the guide on how to enable this feature.
- Fixed an error in Stripe where an error would be produced if a customer reached the checkout phase and the practice attempted to resend an enrollment link.
Treatment Board - Limited Availability
- Treatment Bundles can be added to a Treatment Board visit.
- Filters applied by a logged-in user will be maintained in the Patient Overview Sheet, Scheduler Sheet and Patient visit until manually updated.
- When adding Treatment Bundles from the Treatment Board, and a Medication is added with a quantity greater than 1, the Medication will be added only one time to the Patient Sheet. The quantity should only be considered when scheduling the dosing events for the patient, which happens after the Medication is added.
- Improved the logic for the display of Outpatient visits in the Patient Overview Sheet.
- Added the ability to filter the Practice Plan by Patient name.
Worldpay
- Resolved payment writebacks posting to the incorrect client in cases of duplicate invoices with the same invoice number in a group practice setup.
- Fixed incorrect date/time on MOVE 5000 printed receipt.
Improvements
- When an item enabled as a medication is added back to a patient's treatment after being declined, the patient's medications section will display the medication in the list.
- Resolved where items removed from estimates or treatments were leaving active invoices for clients with an existing balance.
- Improved nightly task performance.
- Resolved an issue where the signalment would not load if a client phone number was in an invalid/incomplete format.
- Resolved an issue when a Client is assigned to a 'home practice' that is inactive in a Group, the Client could not be modified.
- An error message no longer displays where an item is being deleted from the catalog if it was in a package but had been previously removed from it.
- Improved the performance of large packages when adding them to an invoice.
- Resolved an issue where the correct quantity of a linked item in a lab was not placed on the invoice when consuming from a Care Plan.
- A package containing an item with a discount will apply that discount as expected to the estimate.
- Removed an extra separator line in the Treatment Bundle flyout.
