Treatment Board - Scheduler Sheet

This article will describe how to schedule treatments from the Scheduler Sheet on the Treatment Board.

 

Scheduling All Patients

When the Scheduler Sheet is opened from the Patients Overview Sheet you will see all treatments that are scheduled or need to be scheduled for all patients on the Treatment Board.

  1. From the Menu, click on Treatment Board.
  2. Click on Go to Scheduler Sheet to view treatments that have been scheduled and treatments that need to be scheduled.

Click and Drag Treatments

  1. From the Unscheduled panel on the right, click and drag a treatment to a location and time on the schedule.

  1. Repeat dragging treatments to the schedule.
    • To schedule multiple treatments at the same time in the same location, click the icon, Overlaps Allowed Overlap appts icon.png .
    • To adjust the time, place the mouse along the edge of a scheduled treatment until you get the re-size arrow resize arrow.png , then click and drag.
    • When the mouse pointer changes to four arrows 4 arrows.png , click and drag to move the entire treatment.
    • When a treatment is scheduled, the People assigned to the task are scheduled at the same time.

 

View and Schedule Treatments for a Single Patient

  1. From the Patients Overview Sheet, click on a patient. 
  2. From the patient's Daily Plan, click on an Unscheduled treatment.

  1. From the Service due, click on Location Time. This will open the Scheduler Sheet.

  1. The patient's information appears at the top of the Scheduler Sheet.
  2. Unscheduled treatments appear at the right.

  1. Click and drag the unscheduled treatments to the schedule.

OR

  1. Click on an Unscheduled treatment. This will open the Event details panel.
  2. Click on the date. This will expand the date so you can enter the start time and change the date, if necessary.
  3. Enter the Duration.
  4. Select the Location.
  5. If another employee will be assisting with the treatment, click Add another person.
  6. When all details have been entered, click Save.
