- To create a schedule, go to Menu > Reports from the sidebar.
- Click the pencil to edit the desired report.
- Click the Schedule Run button.
- This will open the Schedule page.
- Enter the details about the run and click Save.
- Name: Enter the Name of the Schedule.
- Email Recipients: Enter your Email Recipients. If adding multiple recipients, separate each email with a semicolon.
- Start Date: Enter the Schedule Date range. This is how long you want to continue the scheduled report run.
- Repeat Every: Set the Repeat options. If you do not set Repeat options, the report will run once, regardless of the date range specified.
- Use Static Filter Dates: Use if you do not want the dates to automatically be adjusted based on the schedule dates and the filter dates, if applicable.
NOTE: Schedule runs may only occur between 12:00A.M. and 6:00 A.M. Do not type the time in, use the "Time" drop-down on the calendar to select the run time.
- Scheduled Runs will be listed below the Previous Runs.
