How do I convert an estimate to the medical record as patient treatments?

Adding treatments to the medical record from estimates

• After client approval and signing, estimates can be "converted to treatment." See the image below.
• Converting to treatment brings the estimate (including declined items) to the Treatment Page/Invoice in the medical record.
• Declined estimate items will appear in the patient medical record as declined.
