You may have the need to change the payment plan schedule of a patient's wellness plan. This could be due to an issue with the automated payments or the customer may want to manually make a payment.
To change the payment plan schedule you would go to the patient medical record and go to the Wellness plan tab. There you would edit the wellness plan and open the Payment Plan schedule.
- Change the date on the past due payment schedule to tomorrow’s date and enter a $0 amount for the price. The system won’t let you remove one with a date in the past.
- Save payment plan.
- Remove the $0 payment plan you just changed.
- Adjust the number of payment plans remaining (if needed).
- Save payment plan.
