- To change your tax rates or setup, click on Menu > Settings > Billing > Payments from the sidebar.
- Go to the section named Tax Setup and enter the appropriate tax levels your practice must charge.
- Employees who do not see the gear icon do not have the proper role set to see this area of the site.
NOTE: Taxes are different for each state or if you are a Canada clinic depending on Province. The Tax Level 2 & 3 are used if you need to have different tax rates show separately by selected deselecting "show accumulative tax totals*
