How do I change the date format in the medical records?

To change the date format from MM-DD-YYYY to YYYY-MM-DD:

• Go to Settings > Practice Setup > Practice Profile.
• In the Application Settings section change the Locale from "English (United States)" to "English (Canada)"
• Click Save to save the changes.
