Question: What happens if I delete billable items that are on an active Wellness Plan? Am I able to delete those items?
Attempting to delete an Inventory item, Procedure item, or Lab item that is on an active wellness plan results in a notification that the item is part of an active wellness plan for a patient, along with an explanation of the potential implications of deleting an item.
Then, users are given three options to choose from:
- Delete - Confirms that it's okay to proceed with deleting the billable item.
- Make Inactive - Marks the billable item inactive rather than deleting it, where it can still persist on active treatment plans.
- Cancel - Do nothing and back out entirely.
