Wellness Plan - Audit trail

You can now filter the Wellness Plan Audit Trail based on Category. 

There are three levels of categories - Plan level, Payment level, and Item Level. 

Plan Level Changes: Plan Start Dates, Plan End Dates, and any changes in Plan Statuses (Expired, Pending, Paid in Full, Suspended, Overdue, Cancelled)

Payment Level: Changes to Payment Schedule, Payment Method, Payment Statuses (Paid/Unpaid)

Item Level: Changes to Items Included in the Wellness Plan, Items Used, Items Removed

Individual Wellness Plan Audits can be performed by navigating to the Patient Wellness Plan tab within the medical record and expanding the Audit Trail Section.
