Cards can be stored only if using one of our integrated payment processors: Worldpay, Bluefin, or Gravity. From your Payment Settings page, make sure the setting to "Allow for storing of tokenized cards" is enabled. The credit card token information will be stored under the client's account and can be used to make future payments.
The card can be stored in three different ways:
- Selecting to store the card on the checkout page when processing a payment.
- From the Client Page > Account Balance > 3 dots > manage stored cards > add new card.
- From the Client Portal when a payment is processed.
Cards must be swiped to be stored except when processing a payment through the client portal.
