The End of Shift report is designed to run with specific preset date filters. Due to the preset filters, the end of shift report can't be rerun for accurate daily totals if it wasn't run correctly at the previous end of day.
To replace the End of Shift Report you can run the Sales Report and change the date range for the specific day's totals.
Navigate to the Reporting dashboard > edit the Sales Report > select New Run.
The Date Range should look like this:
On the Sales Report choose the following filters:
- Cash Summary
- Transaction List
- Check Transactions
Important Note: Please be sure to also run the End of Shift report at the end of the night so that the following day's End Of Shift totals are correct in your new run.
