To upload a practice document, an employee would need to have the role of business manager or business owner to upload a practice document.
To upload a document go to the Settings > Practice Setup > General > Documents > Add document > give it a name > Save.
The document can be inserted into your document templates or accessed by navigating to the person icon > Practice Documents
Note: Make sure to set the document as "Is Public" if you want it to appear as one of the practice documents under the person icon.
