In order to set a default provider, the user must have access to the Settings from the Menu with a Business owner or Business manager role assignment.
Steps:
- Access the system default setup: Gear/Settings > Practice Setup > System Defaults.
- In the treatment section, select the desired default provider from the menu to show as the default provider for the practice.
