Question: How to add medications to the patient medication list?
Answer: You can achieve this in two ways. Read below.
- To automatically add a Medication - Inventory items that are marked as "Is Medication?" will be automatically added to the patient medication list once the inventory item is added to the patient's record as a treatment. Medications can also be manually added to this list.
- To manually add a Medication - scroll down to the Medication List section in the patient's General Information tab and click Create a Patient Medication. This is a free field as well. You can also enter the date they began taking the medication/supplement, but this is not required. Hit the Save button when done.
