Create a new client file by quarter, month, or year. This varies on how much activity you anticipate will be expected from these organizations or shelters.
You may have a rescue organization or shelter that you work with which can result in a large number of patient records and payment history information. In some cases, this can span years which can make it challenging to view and look through the client's history.
When you have a client such as this you may need to try the following:
For example, you would create "Happy Rescue June 2022" and all of the patients and transactions for that month would remain under this client. Before the end of the current month, you would create a new client and change the name to "Happy Rescue July 2022". At the start of the new month, you would process all patient activity in the new client record.
The Patients tab is currently limited to displaying up to 25 patients within the client file before having to access another page. The list will display patients owned by this client in alphabetical order.
