If you already have an account with VCP, you can conveniently enroll your patients in less time by sending an enrollment link to your client's device through text or email from within the practice management program.
Enrollment Links
From the practice management program, send an enrollment link to your clients with patients who don't have a VCP wellness plan. You can send the link from two places: the client profile or from the Wellness Plan tab (the Wellness Plan feature must be enabled to view this tab).
Client Profile
From the client profile, click on the Wellness Plan icon. If you do not see this icon, you may need to enable this feature. Please see Enable VCP Integration section at the end of this document.
Wellness Plan tab
From the Wellness Plan tab, click on Send Enrollment link.
Send Wellness Enrollment Link
After engaging the Send Enrollment, the Send Wellness Enrollment Link dialog will appear.
- Enter the client email and phone number.
- Select E-mail and/or SMS.
- If the client has more than one pet, select the pet for the enrollment link.
- Click Send.
Note: If a phone number is not entered in the Send Wellness Enrollment Link dialog box, an error message will appear.
After the enrollment is sent, the client will receive an email and/or text based on the selections. From the email/text, the client can click on the enrollment link and be directed to the VCP enrollment site. From here, the client can see his/her patient's information and proceed to select the wellness plan, and complete the enrollment application.
Enable VCP Integration
- To enable this feature for your practice, go to Settings > Integration Settings. NOTE: You will need to contact your VCP wellness coach to obtain your API Key and Secret.
- Expand the Integration settings section and locate Enable Wellness Plan Enrollment by selecting the check box.
- The VCP Wellness Plan setup section will appear. You will need to contact your VCP wellness coach to obtain your API Key and Secret. Enter the API Key and Secret and click Save at the bottom of the Settings page.
