Rx Management - Approvals and Renewals

Access Covetrus® Rx Management within Covetrus Pulse™ to renew and approve prescriptions. 

1. To access the Renewals list, navigate to the Tasks page and click the Rx Approvals and Renewals link in the top right corner. *Note: Only users with matching login credentials in vRxPro and Pulse will be able to access this feature. 
   
   
   
   
2. The Approvals list is initially presented. Click the Approvals drop-down list in the top left and select Renewals.
   
   
   
   
3. Now you'll see your list of Renewals. Select one of the Renewals to view the details of the prescription. Delegates of multiple Veterinarians can filter by Veterinarian with the dropdown in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
4. On the details screen, there are three actions to take for the prescription: Remove, Renew with Changes, and Renew.
   
   
   
   
   • When selecting to Remove, the prescription won't be renewed. It will be removed from your renewals list, and you will be redirected back to the renewals list.
     
     
     
     
   • If selecting Renew with Changes, different options for the prescription are presented for selection. Once a selection is made, you will be redirected to the finish script page to finalize and submit.
     
     
     
   • If selecting Renew, you will be redirected to the finish script page to finalize and submit.
     
     
5. When you select Renew or Renew with Changes, you will be redirected to the Success page upon successful submission.
