Lab Order Status is in "Submitted"
When a Zoetis Reference Lab order is submitted, there is not a way to "cancel" the lab order within Pulse. Zoetis does not require the lab order to be canceled if a sample is not being sent in. The lab order and item can be removed.
Lab Order Status is in "Creation"
A Zoetis Reference Lab order that has not been submitted can still be cancelled.
Note: The existing lab order can be deleted from the patient's medical record by navigating to the patient's MR View By Groups > Zoetis Reference Lab Orders > select the red "x" next to the lab order to delete the order. The lab treatment item can also be removed from the patient's treatments.
