Lab Order Status is in "Submitted"
When a Zoetis Reference Lab order is submitted, there is not a way to "cancel" the lab order directly. Zoetis Reference Labs do not require the lab order to be canceled if a sample is not being sent in.
Lab Order Status is in "Creation"
A Zoetis Reference Lab order that has not been submitted can still be cancelled.
Note: The existing lab order can be deleted from the patient's medical record by navigating to the patient's MR View By Groups > ZNLab Orders > select the red "x" to delete.
