This topic covers how to search for patients on the Whiteboard, sort items on the Whiteboard, and use the Filter feature.
Begin by going to Menu > Whiteboard.
SEARCHING THE WHITEBOARD
- Search patient visits displayed on the Whiteboard from the search bar above the patient list.
SORT COLUMNS
Sort columns by hovering on the column header and clicking to sort. In the image below, the Patient column shows arrows to sort the column. The Appointment Type column shows one arrow pointing up indicating the column is sorted in ascending order. An arrow pointing down indicates a column sorted in descending order.
Column sorting is saved per user session. If the user switches to a different screen then returns to the Whiteboard, column sorting is applied. If the user closes the program then re-opens, column sorting returns to default settings.
FILTER PATIENTS
Filter patient visits by Appointment type, Visit Status, and Provider.
- When enabled in Practice Settings, Location will be an additional filter option.
- Filter by Urgent visits only when a patient is checked in from the Whiteboard and Urgent is enabled for the visit.
Filters are saved per user session. If a filter is applied and the user switches to a different screen then returns to the Whiteboard, the filter is still applied. If the user closes the program then re-opens, the filter is cleared.
