How do I link a service to an exam form?

To link a service to an exam form, follow the steps below.

Create a Service

If the service does not exist, follow the steps below to create the service.

1. From the Menu, click on Settings > Products & Services > Services.
2. Click +Add Service.
3. Enter the necessary fields.
4. Click Save and Close.

Link a Service to an Exam Form

Follow the steps below to link a service to an exam form.

1. From the Menu, click on Settings > Medical Setup > Exam Forms.
2. Click Add Exam Form or edit an existing exam form.
3. In the form, enter the fields, the service to be linked to the exam form and any notes in the Detailed Summary.
4. Click Save.
