Changing your Email Address and Security Questions in iQ
In compliance with PCI requirements, we are updating the way users change their email address and security questions in iQ. The following screenshots and instructions will walk you through the new processes for making these changes. These changes will go into effect the week of August 7, 2022
To change a password, security questions or email address, users will navigate to the User Profile and click on the Edit icon on the Information tab.
Once the user clicks Edit, they will see the following screen:
New Change Email Button
To change an email address, click on the Change Email button found under Actions
- When you click on the Change Email button, you will be presented with your current email address
- Replace your current email address with the new email and click OK
- After clicking OK, you will be prompted to enter your current password
If the password is not correct, you will receive an Invalid Credentials error
If the password is correct, the following message will appear:
Reset Security Questions
To change security questions, click on the Change Security Questions button. After updating the security questions, the following prompt will be displayed:
You will need to enter your current password
If the password is not correct, an Invalid Credentials screen will display. If the password is correct, the following message will appear:
